so i have to tell them that

it’s okay i’ve fallen back into the habit of not taking nearly as much insulin as i need to

one of the journals is the one i have to keep which is all my diabetic shit and one of the things i have to write in it is the number of units of insulin i use in a day

then when i go to see my ’d-team’ they see how little im using and yell at me
